When the kiln is stopped for maintenance, the maintenance team leader of each part shall obtain a maintenance work permit from the person in charge of the kiln before the kiln is transferred.Before turning the kiln, the maintenance personnel of each part must be notified to organize the tools.All personnel should stay away from their posts and withdraw their work permits before transferring to the kiln.In case of unsafe conditions, the unsafe maintenance team leader shall be responsible.If the work permit is not received and the kiln is transferred, the kiln transfer personnel shall be responsible.After the kiln transfer is completed, the maintenance work permit will be sent to each maintenance post at any time to indicate that the kiln can continue to be repaired after the kiln transfer is completed.After the maintenance is completed, the maintenance work permit will be sent back to the person in charge of the kiln immediately, and it will pass the acceptance and trial operation.
4. Before the equipment is started, it must be contacted by the relevant personnel and approved before it can be started.
5. The equipment in operation cannot be repaired or repaired.When the equipment is running, it is not allowed to test by hand-to-hand contact to avoid being bruised by the running machine.
6. Don't throw things down from high altitude, so as not to hurt people or machines.
7. For the use of lighting for maintenance equipment, all lights below 36 volts are used, and 220 volt lighting is strictly prohibited.
8. Non-electricians shall not move electrical equipment indiscriminately.
9. When entering the kiln to remove the kiln skins or make circles, you must wear overalls and hard hats (all braids of lesbian women should be put in hard hats, high-temperature shoes, gloves, and masks to prevent burns or bumps on refractory bricks or kiln skins).
10 When inspecting the pulverized coal warehouse (or cleaning up), no less than two people should be prevented from inhaling a large amount of pulverized coal in their nostrils after entering the pulverized coal warehouse, fainting or inhaling excessive CO poisoning, and no one will rescue them.
11. When the pulverized coal is natural outside the warehouse, use a sulfur-alkali fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire, and cannot be watered with water, because the pulverized coal has fine fineness and strong fluidity, and the slight vibration flows like water.When watering with water, the pulverized coal is easily washed away and the fire spreads.
12. When pulverized coal catches fire in the warehouse, the coal mill should be notified to stop entering the warehouse immediately, and it is strictly forbidden to open the entrance to prevent contact with fresh oxygen.After the natural pulverized coal is used up, the warehouse should be cleared in time, and the pulverized coal can be placed in the warehouse after the warehouse temperature is normal.
13. After the kiln is baked, when the coal is ignited for the first time, except for the operator and related personnel, the rest of the personnel should leave the kiln head to prevent severe combustion of pulverized coal, expansion of gas volume, and tempering burns.
14. After the kiln is stopped, it is strictly forbidden to waterproof the kiln to prevent steam explosion and injury when the kiln is turned.When removing the kiln skin, it is allowed to spray a small amount of water on the kiln skin to cool, but when turning the kiln, the kiln head is not allowed to stand.
15. The red kiln must stop, and it is strictly forbidden to make up for it.This is to prevent the kiln body from bending, deformation and oxidation.The deformation of the kiln body is not easy to replenish the masonry, and it is easy to cause turning accidents during operation, which affects the operating cycle of the kiln body and endangers the service life of the cylinder body (when the new type of chrome-magnesia brick is used as the lining material, as long as the red kiln has the lining material, there is no need to stop the kiln for maintenance).
The specific requirements of the rotary kiln to see the fire operation
1. As a rotary kiln operator, you must first learn to watch the fire.It depends on the shape of the flame, the length of the black fire head, the brightness of the flame, and whether it is smooth and powerful. It depends on the granulation of the clinker, the height and rolling of the strip, and the quantity of subsequent materials. It depends on the flatness of the kiln skin and the thickness of the kiln skin.
2. The operation of the pre-decomposition kiln should be balanced before and after, and the situation of the pre-decomposition system should be combined with the situation of the kiln head firing belt to improve the fast rotation rate.In terms of operation, it is necessary to strictly prevent ups and downs, and force the fire to burn, and it is strictly forbidden to run the raw materials or stop the kiln from burning.
3. 5. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of clinker production, maintain an appropriate exhaust gas temperature, reduce the range of fluctuations, and reduce fuel consumption.
6. Ensure that the kiln skin of the firing belt is complete and firm, and the thickness is uniform and firm.During operation, efforts should be made to protect the kiln lining and extend the safe operation cycle.
