Background
In general, as transmission device, the gears are integrated. When incident occurred, the gears may get stuck and some transmission gear may crack or break. In this situation, the common maintenance method is changing the whole gear. The maintenance cost will be extremely high for some large gear in heavy duty machinery. Therefore, split gear emerges as the demand.
The split gear consists of gear frame with fixing groove, split transmission gear teeth and screws for fixing.
Features
When some of the gear teeth crack or break, the maintenance method is only to change the broken teeth. This method could save time and cost for maintenance.

1. The split gears are not integrated, the installment should be accurate and the fixing of screws should be tight.
2. Periodic maintenance and repair in time are help for discovery abrasion and replace in time.
