Basic information
The sintering machine consists of sintering pallets, driving device, vacuum chamber and sealing device. The sintering pallets are the significant components. The grate bars are sequentially installed on the pallet beams or heat insulated sleeves.
Features
The grate bars working temperatures have huge difference. The sintering temperate could be up 900℃, while, when the sintering pallets leave the sintering zone on loop, the temperate will rapid cooling.
The grate bars are consumable components. They will suffer repeatedly heating, cooling, crashing, wearing and corroding.
The average service life will be around 3 to 6 months.
Our grate bars are made of heat resisted steel which have good physical properties and mechanical properties to prolong the service time. The longer service time could increase the production efficiency and cut down the production cost.
