Dummy bar head
Definition
Dummy bar is an important component in continuous casting machine. Continuous casting is the process that solidate the molten metal into billet, slab, or other primary shape for subsequent rolling in the finishing mill. The molten metal will pour into the crystallizer where the molten metal will cast into billet or slab, and the head of dummy bar inside of the crystallizer will draw the biller or slab into the roller-way for cooling and forming.
Features
The dummy bar head will constantly subject to high temperate, dust, enormous stress, strike from the molten metal.
Our dummy bar head are creatively designed and we use high quality material for production.
The dummy bar has a rigid and smooth surface which can reduce adhesion.
All the features will result in improvement in service time and increase in production and performance.
