Coke pushing car is designed for pushing of coke from chambers of coke oven battery.
Machine fulfils the main operations on pusher side of battery: withdrawal/placing of coke oven door, coke pushing from oven, leveling of coal blend. Machine is equipped with mechanisms, fulfilling the auxiliary operations: burning of graphite from oven ceiling, cleaning of doors and frames, lifting, descending of door of leveling hatch, receipt, storage and discharging of blend to be taken out of oven at leveling, lifting-descending of staff, maintaining coke oven doors, removal of coke spillages. According to Purchaser's choice, machines can be supplied of traditional design from multi-spots (execution I) for performing of operations on service of oven to be pushed (withdrawal/ placing of coke oven door, coke pushing), or of modern design (execution II), which is executed service operation for oven to be pushed from single spot.
Drives of machine can be hydraulic or electro-mechanical. Operator’s cabins, hydraulic and electronic equipment cabins are equipped with air-conditioners.
Control systems of drives:
– contactor-relay with contactless elements;
– contactor-relay, using programmable logic controllers (PLC);
– contactor-relay, using PLC, VVVF, positioning system and information transfer system to control room (Automatic Control System of battery).
Supplied machines are adapted to the legislation of countries – consumers of products regarding to quality characteristics, work safety and industrial hygiene, regarding to environmental attributes and consumption of energy resources.
Operational reliability of electrical part is provided using modern solutions and component parts of leading manufacturers. Electrical part of the mixer allows operating in complex with Automatic Control System of unit.
