Coke Guide Cars are designed for servicing of coke side of coke oven battery. The main operations to be fulfilled by the machine, depending on execution: extraction and installation of door, approach-withdrawal of coke guide cage to oven, directed coke descent in coke quenching car, cleaning of doors and frames, collecting of dust-gas mixture, removal of coke spillages.
According to the Customer's choice, machines can be supplied as of traditional design for traveling on railway located at servicing platform and as of modern portal design for servicing of oven from single spot.
Machines of traditional design service oven with two spots. Improved Coke Guide Cars can service oven with single spot. Machines of traditional design consists structurally of two parts – door extracting and coke guide connected between themselves with coupler. KBK has elaboration of machines which are operated with multy spots, mechanisms of which located on one platform.
Machines may be equipped with system for catching of dust-gas emissions during the pushing of coke as individual type (Individual PEC) as well as systems provided the operation together with unit of pushing emission control for the whole complex of coke oven battery.
Drives of machines can be hydraulic and electro-mechanical. Control systems of drives:
– contactor-relay with contactless elements;
– contactor-relay using programmable logic controllers (PLC);
– contactor-relay, using PLC, VVVF, positioning system and information transfer system to central control room (ACSTP of battery).
Cabins of operator, hydraulic and electronic equipment are equipped with air conditioners.
Supplied machines are adapted to the legislation of countries – consumers of products regarding to quality characteristics, work safety and industrial hygiene, regarding to environmental attributes and consumption of energy resources.
Electrical part reliability and positioning accuracy are provided by means of modern engineering solutions and component parts from world-wide known manufactures. Electrical part of the machine can work with ACS of coke-oven battery.
