Clinker cooler is vital device in cement industry. The main functions of clinker cooler grate are cooling and transporting the clinkers. The core components of the clinker cooler are the grate plates. The grates include fixed grate plates and moveable grate plates.
Features
The environment of clinker cooler has an extreme difference in temperature. The cooler inlet temperate could reach 1300℃ to 1400℃, while after the cooling process the outlet temperature will be around 60℃.
The great change in temperate required the grate plates in high cooling performance.
