Introduction

The grate plate is the wear parts of the chain grate machine. When the chain grate machine is working, the grate plate is bearing material effect, and moving to the high-temperature region by low-temperature space under the traction of drive unit, in motion, heat exchange from lower to upper or is from top to bottom carried out with the material on grate plate top in the grate hole of hot blast by the grate plate.

Structure

The grate plate mainly consists of a head part plate, a tail part plate and side plates arranged on two sides of the head part plate; the head part plate, the tail part plate and the side plates are in an integral structure; the lower end parts of the side plates are respectively provided with an inverse U-shaped sleeve groove; the head part plate and the tail part plate are respectively provided with a grate hole.
